Eyesore Merch was started through our love of music and entertainment. First and foremost we are music fans and love nothing more than attending live shows and seeing our hero’s in the flesh. From tiny sweaty clubs to quality music venues all the way through to outdoor festivals big and small, feeling the music and seeing the bands perform is the biggest rush there is.
Wherever we go we like to show our allegiance to the music we love by wearing our favourite band T-Shirts and merchandise. Here at Eyesore Merch we not only offer you a huge selection of music merch but also stock a large range of Movie, TV, Comic Book, Video Game and Branded items.

We work closely with the leading merchandise distributors to ensure that we can offer you the largest range of must-have items and to guarantee you 100% official music and entertainment merch at all times.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. We offer various shipping methods throughout our store. Please check each individual product’s shipping options and rates carefully before buying.
We offer 1st and 2nd Class Standard post for the UK plus a Special Delivery option.
For Europe and the Rest Of World destinations we offer Royal Mail International Standard.

Delivery times based on a typical 1 day handling period:
UK 1st Class - Allow 1-2 days from dispatch date.
UK 2nd Class - Allow 3-5 days from dispatch date.
UK Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed - Will arrive the next day from dispatch date.
European Airmail - Allow 5-7 days from dispatch date.
World Zone 1 Airmail - Allow 10-14 days from dispatch date.
World Zone 2 Airmail - Allow 10-14 days from dispatch date.
Please allow up to 30 days for orders to arrive. If you have not received your items within 30 days then please contact us.
On receiving your order, if you are not entirely happy then please refer to our returns policy.
No hassle 14 Days returns policy for Exchanges or Refunds.
We offer all customers a 14 days right-to-return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) then please contact us via email with your original order number and order details and let us know what you wish to do. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order and ask for a refund or an exchange.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item then we reserve the right to refusal of refund.
Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size, style or colour will need to be paid by the customer. The same applies for items that are simply no longer desired for whatever reason upon receipt of goods. Eyesore Merch will cover the return shipping costs for items with clear manufacturing faults or items that have been sent in error.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange then you will also need to cover the new postage costs that we will incur with shipping the replacement item. For United Kingdom exchanges please include £2.00 with the returned item. Or alternatively we can issue a PayPal invoice. For international exchanges you will need to pay an additional £4.00. We will issue a PayPal invoice prior to shipping the new item. We will only ship new items when we have received the additional shipping payment.
We will only issue a refund or make an exchange upon receiving the returned item(s) in full resale condition to the returns address.

All payments must be made by PayPal. We will not ship any items until we have received the fully clear payment into our PayPal account. All PayPal payments should be sent to info@eyesoremerch.com
