Grading Policy-Important please read

We have devised an accurate Grading Policy to ensure we deliver products to our customers with clear and concise information on their condition, both physically and aesthetically.

Each product is processed in house by one of our engineers and assigned a grade based upon its condition and workings. Our grading structure span is either “Grade A", "Grade B" or "Grade C" our lowest functional grade. Any items below grade C is classed as Grade D spares and repairs. 

Note: If more than one item of the same product is purchased then we cannot guarantee them to look identical to the others, however in every instance we will strive to ensure best match.

Refurbished Items

Grade A

  • The item is in immaculate condition and will have minimal signs of use.
  • This means that it is a used item that has been taken care of very well and is in a nearly new condition..
  • In most cases it will have no signs of use at all.
  •  The item has been fully tested and is in full working order.

Grade B 

  • The item is used but in good condition.
  • This means that it is a used item that has signs of use such as scratches but will not include deep scratches and no significant signs of heavy wear and tear.
  • Show some signs of use such as scratches or scuffs but they are not always shown all around the item. This will not affect the functions of the item.
  • The item has been fully tested and is in full working order
Grade C 
  • The item is used with a lot of wear and tear.
  • This means that it is a used item that has signs of use such as scratches and may include some deep scratches in some cases.
  • Cosmetically there are visible scratches on the screens and item.
  • This will not affect the functions of the item.
  • The item has been fully tested and is in full working order

Grade D 

  • The item is for Spares and Repairs (For Parts or not working)

Items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class inside the UK to keep shipping cost low.

International Items are sent Royal Mail International Signed/Tracked.

We endeavour to dispatch items the same day if paid for before 1pm.
