One pair of unworn vintage shoes for young boys or girls.
These are genuine vintage shoes, probably made around the time of the Second World War (1930s to 1950s).

Leather uppers
Leather insoles

Lace-up fastening

Size:     UK size 9 (for younger children)

They are unsold shop stock from the mid-20th century and have been in storage at the shop for over half a century.
They still have their old shop sticker with the original  £SD price of 16/-  (sixteen shillings).

Condition:
Unused but DAMAGED.
These shoes are in very good overall condition, though a little creased from storage.
However, there is damage to one of the leather tongues, as shown - perhaps mouse damage?
These shoes were made over half a century ago, and are unsold shop stock.
They have survived well for half a century, but they have been stored without a box, and there are some scuff marks and creases, probably from where they have been squashed underneath other shoes.
They still have the original pre-decimal price sticker on the sole - they cost 16/- (16 shillings).
The eyelets are looking a little green round the edges.
Please see the photographs to get a good idea of the condition of this item.
