This is a freepost item so there are no additional charges for shipping, regardless of this we still send your item with tracking and signature required, which does actually cost us money, so you get the best possible delivery. If you are out or postie is one of those that knocks real quiet your item will be taken to your local post office or carrier depot for collection or re-delivery (a card should be left but sometimes the dog eats it, the wind takes it or postie was slack).

When buying online we rely on someone else's description of the item and how one person sees a product can vary considerably.  Please check the sizes quoted to ensure you know how large or small the item is.  A colour in a picture can also vary wildly depending on our camera your screen count and your eyes.  So if the colour of an item is really important or you are extra fussy and/or complain a lot it may be better to visit a physical shop to check because we can guarantee that you are not going to be happy with the colour of the item.

Marking a seller down or leaving other than positive feedback for description should really only be if you got an apple when you wanted an orange or we have specifically and deliberately mislead you. (which we don't because as we guarantee everything we sell and refund for errors it would be plain stupid)

If we send you the wrong stuff we pay for returns.  If you make a mistake we will still take it back but it's gotta still look good to sell when we get it and you have to pay for the post to get it back to us because after all, we had to pay to get hte item sent to you in the first place
