If you choose Next Day or 2-Day shipping option, your order must be received and credit approved by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. This includes but not limited to, original packaging, accessories and includes all tags. Upon receipt of merchandise with a Return Authorization, we will grant a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items incorrectly shipped will be refunded for shipping charges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
