1. Please Use the original packaging to repackage the merchandise to be returned.
2. Acquire the RMA Number. This RMA number can be obtained by emailing customer service or by calling (213) 486-5198 input your reason for return.3. Print/hand-write the RMA confirmation number on your invoice and include it in the return package.  Please make sure to include any jewelry box(s) or promotional items you have received.
3. For return merchandised: Please allow us 2 business days to inspect the item/items It's an "SOP" [Standard Operating Procedure]. If the item/items is still in it's original condition then we will issue the refund on the 3rd day less the shipping cost. (Please refer to the Return Policy Section).
