Brief Introduction:
Only those tea trees that grow in an environment of jujube trees with thick vegetation and dense mist can have jujube smell. In this environment, there are always many fallen leaves which turn into natural manure in the course of time. The roots of tea trees absorb these fertilizers, and the leaves absorb the mist, then the tea gains the unique jujube fragrance.
This tea adopts the spring tea shoots of Lincang large-leaved sun-dried crude tea as its raw materials. It is finely processed with careful formulation and autoclaving under high temperature. Its tea water has a bright red color, pure strong fragrance, mellow sweet taste. Drinking it can refresh and sober up oneself, relieve fatigue, promote digestion, and quench thirst.
Brewing Method:
1. Common tea set is fine, put 4 to 6 grams of tea leaves into the cup.
2. Pour into boiling water (100 Celsius degrees), 1 to 5 seconds later, pour out the water, which is for washing tea leaves.
3. Pour an adequate amount of boiling water (the best proportion of tea leaves and water is 1 to 8), infused for 10 to 20 seconds, just according to personal taste.
4. If you want to lose weight, it is better to infuse the tea for a longer time, more strong the tea water is, more effective it will be.
Method of losing weight by drinking pu’er tea:
It is better to drink pu’er tea after meals, 1000ml each day, equal to the amount of two bottles of mineral spring water. 1. Normal supper
2. Half an hour after supper, brew 6g tea leaves with 50cc boiled water for half a minute, and then drink it.
3. During night, can pour 300cc boiled water for second infusion.
