On offer here is a large A4 litho-print photograph printed on high quality glossy card (as depicted in the first scan below). The image area measures 24cm x 15cm. The reverse of the card provides detailed information about the ship or an historical account of the ship in action. The second scan below gives a typical overview of these maxi cards and the information that is presented on them (written by Navy experts for the specific ship depicted).

This is an original item published in 1999-2000 as part of Atlas Editions' WARSHIPS MAXI CARDS. The cards were originally stored in ring binders. Hence there are three holes punched into the upper selvedge of the card (as shown in the first scan below). Higher resolution scans are available on request - as well as scans of the technical data on the reverse of the card.
