    Features:

    Installation Guide:

    Factors such as the installation position, spare space, condition of air circulation and appropriate power supply should be taken into account seriously for the application of ozone generator.
    1. The ozone generator should be installed in low humidity circumstance with temperature between 0 to 43 . Good condition of air circulation is necessary for heat dispersing.
    2. The ozone generator should be installed close to the power supply. It’s not advisable to lengthen the cable.
    3. To keep good condition for heat dispersion, the ozone generator should be installed far from the heat source. If there are barriers around, the distance from the generator to the barriers should be no less than 0.6 meters.
    4. Please ensure the feeding gas and ozone outlet are correctly connected.

    Operation:

    Operation for Water Purification.
    1. Put the device at the right place (stable and easy for heat dissipation) and then connect the tube to the ozone outlet.
    2. Connect the cooling water system to the device. Please ensure the right connection of the cooling water inlet and outlet.
    3. Connect the other end of the tube to the jet device or hybrid tower. If there is no jet device or hybrid tower, there is no need to connect the tube to them.
    4. The ozone outlet should be 1 meter higher than the water level in case of the water being sucked in.
    5. Plug the device in and the indicate light will turn on. The voltmeter shows the current voltage. Switch on the air pump and the indicate light of the air pump will turn on. Switch on the ozone generator and the indicate light will turn on, which means that the device starts work and there is ozone output.
    6. Fix the work time of the device. After finishing the work, turn the power switch off.
    Operation for Air Purification.
    1. Put the device at the right place (stable and easy for heat dissipation), then connect the tube to the ozone outlet.
    2. To achieve the best effect of the ozone sterilization, closing the doors and windows of the disinfection space is advisable.
    3. Switch the device on and the voltmeter will show the current voltage. Switch the timer to the time you want the device work for air purification.
    4. Switch on the air pump and the indicate light of the air pump will turn on. Switch on the ozone generator and the indicate light will turn on, which means that the device starts work and there is ozone output.
    5. First, please sterilize the hidden place or key parts indoor. Then put the tube 1.5 meters higher than ground line and continue sterilizing.
    6. The device will switch itself automatically when the time set before comes.

    Advice for Ozone Generator Operation:

    1. An AV power manostat should be applied to balance the power fluctuation.
    2. When the ozone generator is not in use, it should not be connected with power.
    3. When ozone generator is turned off, the ozone generator will shrink because of temperature going down, which may cause the water to be sucked in. To prevent this, the ozone outlet pipe should be shut off after turning off the generator.
    4. Before using the ozone generator, all pipes should be checked carefully to ensure there is no air-leakage.
    5. To prevent water being sucked in, please install correlative facilities such as one-way valve or auto drain valve over the air-injector by no less than 1 meter long.
    6.The air-injector should matches with the specific air flow and air pressure for different models of ozone genrator.
    7. Ozone generator should not be switched on and off time and again within short time.
