Items are usually despatched within 1-4 full working days of completed payment, however, during busy periods this may take a little longer items that are customised. Items with free postage will be delivered by standard service, if an express option, insurance or tracking is required please choose the appropriate service or send a message to us request this to be added prior to making purchase. If an item is received with damaged packaging a photograph will be required to help raise a claim and the packaging should also be retained as this may be required by the courier. In all events, a period of 28 days must before items are considered as lost. Claims can only be raised where an insured / tracked service has been selected, therefore please ensure the method of delivery chosen offers appropriate coverage relevant to the value of the items purchased. Finally consolidated postage can be offered on request but this will only be possible if you send a request prior to bidding / buying. 

Returns; returns are accepted against all items other than those that state sold as seen in the condition or within the item description. In all cases a request to return must be raised via the eBay message system within 48 hours of receipt. It is essential that you contact us to ensure the item is returned to the correct address and processed efficiently. From this point 14 days will be given to return the items, return postage will be at the cost of the buyer, a refund less original postage will be granted on safe receipt of the items. We strongly advise a tracked service is used for all returns as we cannot be held responsible for loss / damage in transit.
