In the event the code is NOT FOUND, you have two options:

1. Accept a full 100% refund

2. Search a different database (additional charges may apply)

If a code is FOUND, and you claim it does not work. You must:

1. Troubleshoot with Seller first

2. Create a continuous video showing the IMEI and input process

If you made a mistake, Buyer forgoes all Rights to Refunds.

INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for Samsung Devices Devices:

1. Insert a non-carrier SIM card (any carrier that is not the original locked provider or affiliated provider)

2. Turn the phone on

3. Phone will prompt you for an unlock code or pin

4. Input provided unlock code

5. Phone will read "Unlock Successful" etc


Note: If your unlock code is not  successful, and ONLY if the phone is Samsung S2, S3, S4, Note 1 or Note 2, please click the  instructions link above for further troubleshooting instructions.  Phone must not be rooted otherwise it will not the accept code.

Order Notification - Code Results

You will also receive a Order Update and Instructions [Please see your PayPal e-mail] when your code is ready. Please ensure you have checked our junk mail as well.

If your code results come back as "not found" (this means your IMEI is not stored in the local database), we will refund you no later than 2 business days. See our Return Policy for more details.

3) Number (Optional)

If you do not see this, it is best to send us your IMEI via Message as soon as possible. We will not message you if we do not require an additional information.  It is imperative that you give us your IMEI number of your phone to prevent any additional delays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

As the owner of the phone, you are responsible for knowing everthing about your device.  You agree that we cannot and will not be held responsible for the your responsibility.  

You are responsible for the following:

1. Ensuring that the device is not already unlocked

2. Ensuring that the IMEI/Provider you've given is correct

3. Ensuring that the device can accept an unlock code, you can check by inserting a non accepted sim (Also, all unlock attempts have not already been expended)

4. Ensuring that the device is not hardlocked

5. Ensuring that the device is not rooted or is at least reverted back to the latest Andriod Version (if it is an Android device)

6. Ensuring your device is compatible with the network you choose to use (this usually applies to AWS carriers)
