All orders made before 1pm on weekdays Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day via 1st class service unless otherwise specified. (Providing payment has cleared by this time).

Various services are available including Overseas Delivery, Signed For and Guaranteed Next Day. All prices for these services are listed within the item details.

Please be mindful the delivery dates are estimated and can not be guaranteed unless you are using the Guaranteed Next Day Service.

Overseas customers please be mindful items sometimes items can be held up during customs inspections, we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number at all times.

In the rare event that your item has been delayed please contact us and we will track it for you.

Threadz & Treadz accepts returns providing the following conditions are met;

• We must be informed within 14 days of you receiving your item(s).
• All items must be sufficiently packaged, to ensure no damage occurs.
• All items are expected to be received back, in a condition, ready to be resold (unless faulty). As such we expect all items to retain their original packaging (e.g Footwear in boxes, clothing with tags and accessories in boxes etc.).
• We are unable to arrange a collection for returns, as such you must be in a position to either post back via Royal Mail or a suitable courier service.
• Return postage cost is at buyers' expense. Threadz & Treadz recommends you use a "signed for" service to ensure you are covered in any case of lost mail.
• Item(s) cost will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) back.
