In order to protect you and ourselves we only accept payments from verified PayPal accounts. Orders will only be processed when payment is complete. All payments include VAT.
The delivery options available to you will be shown on the item listing page. FREE economy/standard shipping is available for this product within mainland UK (non-mainland UK may incur a surcharge).
Note that we are only able to deliver to addresses in the UK. For areas such as Shetland Isles, Scottish Isles, Ireland etc additional surcharges for postage may apply. To check this go to the Postage and payments tab above the description and enter your postcode.
For orders sent via courier we will provide a tracking number for orders once they are dispatched. Tracking will become available after 7pm from the day you receive your tracking number. Deliveries will be on a working day (Mondays-Fridays, excluding bank holidays) and may require a signature upon receipt.
*Free delivery available on orders to mainland UK only. We will usually dispatch orders the same day if placed before 1pm Mon-Fri, however this cannot be guaranteed. Otherwise orders will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
We are happy to refund items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are returned in their original, unused condition. Please contact us before returning the item to arrange the return with us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty customers should contact us immediately to resolve this. We will be happy to replace the item (where possible) or provide a full refund. Note that photographic evidence may be required of any faults or damage.
Please take into consideration before purchasing that colours in our product images may appear slightly different depending on the resolution and settings of your screen, of which we cannot be held responsible for.
