We will provide you with a no-questions-asked 2 Year advance replacement warranty, replacing any faulty equipment within the next business day. There is no lengthy RMA process and we will provide a return label for any parts that need to come back.

Have an IT hardware emergency? We can process many orders for priority overnight delivery to get you back up and running. Our office, located in Orange County, CA, can ship orders as late as 8PM EST so you can have your equipment the next morning.
Warranty
All Enterasource products come with a standard 2 Year Next Business Day Advance Replacement Warranty. However we do not guarantee compatibility with your hardware and/or software.

Payment
Enterasource accepts Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Bank Transfer (Wire Payment). We also accept Purchase Orders and Company Checks upon pre-approval. Please provide payment within 3 business days after committing to purchase an eBay listing.

Enterasource is only authorized to ship to physical confirmed shipping addresses.
Credit Card
If you choose to check out with a credit card please call us at 949-242-8157 to obtain our credit card authorization form. The card holder's signature is required for approval of the payment. Physical shipping addresses must be confirmed with the card-issuing bank as the billing or alternate shipping address.
Purchase Orders
Please contact us first for pre-approval; we gladly accept corporate, educational and government purchase orders. Net 30 terms are available upon credit approval.
International
International customers must make payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer (Wire Payment).
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.5% will be applied for buyers within the state of California. Buyers are responsible for county taxes. If your company is tax-exempt, please contact us at 949-242-8157 with a valid resale certification.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We process orders during business hours only. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. All shipments will be insured in full and FedEx is Enterasource's preferred carrier of choice. Note: In some cases, based upon weight, hard drives will be shipped in a separate package for safer shipping.
Shipping Accounts
If you have a FedEx, UPS or DHL account, please let us know and we will use your shipping account to send the equipment out on.
International
Please contact us for an accurate international freight quote. Buyer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Return Merchandise Agreement
Please fill out our simple form here. Once the form has been filled out you will be sent a confirmation email and your replacement part(s) will be sent out next business day. If we need the failed part(s) back we will send a return label for them.
Return Policy
Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a RMA. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned.
Software
Buyer is responsible for all software licensing.
