Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (one working day). Small items are sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked and should arrive the following day. Large items are shipped by 24 hour courier. International delivery takes longer and depends on the method of shipping and the destination country. International Courier delivery for machines takes 3-5 days.

Technical queries are best dealt with over the telephone and our engineers can connect to your computer (if you wish) to solve problems quickly and easily. If we are busy we will call you back, usually within the hour.
