Warranty:

All Goods sold by Seller (TechPartsWarehouse) are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the date of invoice to Buyer unless those goods are sold "AS-IS", in which case no warranty will apply to goods sold. SELLER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES UNDER THESE WARRANTIES ARE, AND SHALL BE LIMITED TO, ISSUANCE OF CREDIT FOR OR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY GOODS OR PARTS THEREOF WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY BUYER TO BE OTHER THAN AS WARRANTED, AND SELLER SHALL HAVE THE SOLE DISCRETION AS TO WHICH OF THESE REMEDIES IT SHALL PROVIDE. SELLER SHALL NOT REIMBURSE NOR MAKE ANY ALLOWANCE TO BUYER FOR ANY LABOR CHARGES OR PARTS THEREOF OR FOR ANY OTHER WORK UNLESS SUCH CHARGES ARE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE BY SELLER.

• UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, Items carry a 90-Day Replacement Guarantee. If we do not have sufficient quantity of an item to offer a replacement, a credit will be issued.
• AS-IS means the item is as described, no assumptions should be made about features or components not mentioned in the listing. so please look at the item condition closely BEFORE bidding. If the item is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no returns will be authorized for any reason. You are welcome to contact us before bidding if you have item questions about an as-is auction or listing.
• Guaranteed Non-DOA means that the unit advertised will power on to allow further diagnosis by the buyer. TechPartsWarehouse makes no claims of proper functionality, either digitally or physically.  In other words, Non-DOA does NOT guarantee the item will work, it ONLY guarantees that the item will power on - Functionality was not tested and cannot be guaranteed.

If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify TechPartsWarehouse by telephone within 15 days of delivery at (717) 745-6262 or 888-703-4171, Monday through Friday 9:30am-5pm, EST. Calling is the fastest way to resolve your product issue, email will delay processing of your return.

The shipping carrier is responsible for damage incurred during transit. If you receive a product damaged in transit by the shipper, you must contact us by telephone within 3 business days of delivery. Call (717) 745-6262, M-F 9:30am – 5pm EST. We do not issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers for product damaged due to shipping. Seller will file a damage claim. Buyer MUST keep original shipment with packaging at the delivery location until further notice. Upon customer request, we will place a new order for the customer, while the carrier is processing the damage claim. At such time as the claim is resolved and payment is made, the customer will be credited. Please note, items sold "AS-IS" cannot be returned for damage.
