Grading Guidelines:
Brand New: Piece is new, never used, and unless otherwise stated was never removed from the box.
New Other: Piece is new and unused but the box may have wear, box may be unsealed, or have some other imperfection not affecting the functionality of the item . Information will be provided in the condition drop down.
B+/A-: A "B+/A-" piece was used only a couple of times, and will not show signs of wear and tear like used pieces. When I am unable to determine if a piece is Brand New or New Other, I will list it in this category. A piece that is B+/A- will be in superb shape with very few or noticeable imperfections. There is also a good chance that the piece was never actually used.
B: Piece is used but in very good condition. Item may show signs of usage, have scratches, or blemishes. Piece will not included deep scratches and will not show signs of heavy wear and tear. Piece is tested and fully functional.
C,C+,B-: Piece has been used and has a lot of wear and tear. Piece may have many scratches, blemishes and markings. Cosmetically, there are visible and noticeable imperfections on the item. Piece is fully functional and has been tested.

We currently only accept PayPal and ship to confirmed addresses on file with PayPal.

If you receive an item that is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send us a message so we can arrange for you to receive a full refund, of a replacement piece. While most used pieces in our store are tested prior to shipment, from time to time, defectives slip among the mix. We will work promptly to resolve issues such as this. 

If you would like to return an item, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date that you received your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the original condition with no exceptions. The buyer will be refunded less any applicable shipping costs (Please be aware: If you were not charged shipping or an item was "Free Shipping," an average shipping rate will be used and a 15% administration restocking reprocessing free will apply.)

While buyers are responsible for all shipping charges associated in the return process, if a return is the result of our error, there will be no administration restocking reprocessing fee and we will find a mutually suitable resolution to correct the error.
