Using the scale 1 momme to 3.75 grams per square meter, our Traditional Range silk scarves typically use silk between 6 and 10 momme, our Classic Range between 8 and 25 momme, and our Heritage Range scarves above 25 momme. Your scarf should not require frequent cleaning. If you wish to freshen the scarf, dry clean it or gently hand wash the whole garment in cool soapy water. Never rub the fibres and always dry flat away from direct heat. When required use a cool iron.

Returns & Replacements
To ensure your peace of mind we operate a worldwide returns policy which covers change of mind or faulty goods and that respects the local laws of individual countries.
In addition your purchases are protected by the PAYPAL payment system when you use our eBay shop. This provides an independent disputes service protecting your purchases.
We ask you to let us know as soon as you have received your order if you have a problem, in order that we can resolve it quickly for you. You may request a refund or an exchange for all or part of your order for any reason. Please write to us using the eBay message system and / or by adopting the formal return request function provided by eBay.
We will authorise your return request by return and send you an e-mail confirmation enclosing a pre-printed reply label to use to return the item.
In order to be eligible for a refund the following will apply;
- It is your responsibility to ensure your goods are received back by us within the maximum of 30 days from the date of your order.
- In the case of purchases that are not faulty we reserve discretion to charge a restocking fee of between 10% and 20% depending on the condition of the item when returned.
- The return postage costs arising from returning an unwanted purchase, together with any customs fees due, will be met by the purchaser.

When returning unwanted items, you may use any shipping service of your choice to return it to us. Where our responsibility extends to the refund of return postage we will only reimburse at the standard lowest postal rate available. The additional cost of returned items sent by a postal tariff that is more expensive than the standard service will not be eligible for reimbursement.
