How to order your Gifted Turtles print
  1. Click 'Buy it Now' and complete checkout and payment. Please DO NOT send your personalisation details in the 'message to seller' section in checkout.
  2. Send us your list of words and colour choice (if applicable) by clicking here (may not work on some mobile devices or the eBay app), or by sending us a message through eBay.
  3. That's it!

Please note: We do not send proof copies before dispatch, and we also no longer offer custom designs.


Frequently Asked Questions
  • How many words can I have? 1 - 150 words or short phrases, though we recommend around 30
  • Can you send me a proof copy? No, we no longer send out proof copies
  • What colours can I have? Please see the listing images for all colour options
  • Can you include a message underneath the word art? No, we don't currently offer this option
  • I can't use the link to send my words, what can I do? The link does not work on some mobile devices so please send us a message through eBay after you have purchased your print
  • When will my print arrive? Within two working days of your details being sent to us, though we are unfortunately at the mercy of Royal Mail when packages leave us, so packages may be delayed during peak periods.
  • What frames do you supply? We offer black and white frames for all print options. Please advise us if you would like a white frame, otherwise a black frame will be sent as standard. These have a woodgrain effect and a strong perspex front. Please note that prints will need to be mounted in the frames by the buyer, as this allows for the greatest protection during transit.
  • What are the images printed on? We use high quality photographic paper, which gives a clean and crisp finish to our high resolution images.
