Shipping for buyers EU (European Union) is by EMS Express Mail Service (courier service of National Post), traceable on web site www.sda.it

Shipping for buyers outside European Union (USA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA ) is by DHL Express Courier, traceable on web site www.dhl.com The purchase order will be processed within one business day.

Combined Shipping:
Some items in the store are not eligible for automatic combined shipping, but of course combined shipping is possible. If you are interested in 2 or more items and combined shipping cost is not automatically calculated, please contact us and we will send you the correct invoice. Multiple purchases will be shipped by EMS or DHL.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving the item.

- The Buyer must send an email to let us know he wants to return the item.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by the Buyer.
- Item must be in the same exact condition as the way it was sent (absolutely unworn), including original tags. If the original packaging was partially damaged during the shipping, use a safe and resistant box to return the item (or a bubble wrapped envelope if the item was originally packaged in that kind of envelope). Please protect the item with its plastic cover bag before packaging it.
- The return shipping has to be traceable. We need to know tracking code and shipping date. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping we are not responsible and we can?t send refund.
- Return from extra UE Countries: We will provide specific and detailed instructions. If we will be charged with Customs duties, they will be deducted from the refund (we will provide copy of the receipt).
- After the item has been posted for return, we will open procedure to cancel the eBay transaction. If the Buyer rejects the request, we have to deduct 9% of the original price + shipping in order to cover ebay fees.
- Original shipping & handling cost is not refundable.
- As soon as we receive the item, we will send the reimbursement through PayPal, according to above indications.
- If the return is not complying with instructions provided, we reserve the right to decide on refund
