Most of our items are Antique shop, garage & estate sale finds and we are not experts on everything so we can only describe them as ‘we’ see them, but we take pretty good photos so again; PLEASE look at them closely & read the entire listing including the boring stuff & ask as many questions about the item as you need to (There are no dumb questions only dumb answers). We reserve the right to use any carrier for shipping your pkg as long as it meets the definition stated ie; Economy, Standard or Expedited. Be aware that delivery times are ‘estimates’ only & once handed over to the shipper are out of our control! If your item is valued at $250 or more, we require it to be signed for, no exemptions! For items eligible for return, if the item being returned is less than $250 do not add signature confirmation as this will only delay the process & we will not reimburse this cost!

·          Economy shipping means the ‘lowest’ cost to get the item to you safely & can include using an envelope instead of a box. If this method is unacceptable you must let us know in advance of purchase!

For items damaged during shipment, IMMEDIATELY take several photos of the packaging and the item damage. We will file the claim with the shipper & provide any documentation requested! Buyer must keep all boxes & packaging materials for review by the shipper and provide any documentation & or photos requested! DO NOT return the damaged item to us as it will void the claim!!
