• Did you move? I will not change your address after the sale is made. Seriously, eBay asks twice during checkout to confirm your address. School children know their address, you should too.

Important Policies

• Feedback: Earning your positive feedback is important, and not always easy. If you are not satisfied with your transaction, do not hesitate to contact us, and tell us what we can do to make things right for you.
• Payment: We accept PayPal payments only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct in the PayPal system.
• Sales Tax: We ship from tax free New Hampshire. There is no sales tax.
• Customer Service: Please be as specific as possible, and include part numbers, auction numbers, or any number that can help link your question to a product or order.
• Sketchy orders: If you place a "suspect" order, and your PayPal account does not have a confirmed address, we will ask for further proof that you are who you claim to be.

Shipping notes

• Yes: We do combine shipping. We make every attempt to provide fair shipping rates.
• Yes: We will ship to an APO, FPO or any other military mailing address. Just make certain your PayPal account has your current address.
• No: We cannot falsify your customs form, or mark it as a gift.
• Not always: Most packages are shipped US Postal Service. Each shipment gets a package number, but not all get tracking. Tracking is not the USPS's strongest feature (low cost and comparatively quick service is). Once you get a package number, your package is shipped.
