We ship worldwide for most our products. All our products are shipped from Temple city, California.

We only ship during our store hours. 9:00 am to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

For US Domestic buyers: Shipping is FREE and take from 3 - 5 business days. if the estimated delivery date have been exceeded, there may be postal delays so we ask that you notify us after giving it a couple of days more than the estimated date. if it didn't arrive, notify us immedIately.

International buyers: We will provide the Customer declared number. this is not a tracking number. it will take 10-20 business days to reach the destination. if the item didn't arrive, please check your local mail carrier, and country customs before notifying us. please be patient and allow some time for the package as some countries have very long custom delays.

Items will be shipped on the same business day if we receive your payment before 12 PM PST.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we will only ship to your verified address listed on the PayPal payment.
We are required to collect sales tax from buyer when shipping address is located in California
