Original design short half-tutu / bustle-style overskirt.

Made from five graduated layers of bright neon/ fluorescent net fabric, with spiky-cut lower edges.

NB: the net used isn`t the fine-mesh tulle-type net, but a coarser/wider-mesh-type dress-net.

Net "bustle" is sewn into the back of a satin ribbon waist/hipband, which ties up into a bow at the centre front.

Bow detail at centre back.

Bustle width across back of ribbon band is approx. 19 inches. Length of bustle approx.16 inches (to end points of longest layer).

Photo shows bustle worn around a 35 inch hip(UK size 10), but there`s enough ribbon for this to fit from about UK sizes 8 to 14 (from about 34inches to a maximum 40inches).

Designed to be worn over other clothing, e.g over hotpants, rhumba pants, leggings, etc.

Made in a non-smoking pet-free environment
