We always check the product before we post the product out to ensure our customers receive good condition product. However, if you receive the damage product, please contact us first.
Some products cannot be returned which include Tights and Leggings.
Buyers need to take a photo and e-mail to show us the condition of the product before the refund case is submitted.
Full refund (include postage fee) will be made if you receive damage product or we can resend a replacement to you.
We will only make the refund of product price (exclude postage fee) if you take wrong order or the product is no longer need.
If your order is free P&P, we will make the refund after we take the postage fee out.
Return for Refund must arrive within 14 days of the purchase date and please send the e-mail to contact us first.
Order over 30 days, which counts from the purchase date, is not refundable but you can choose to have a replaceable product (It has to be the same product).
Order over 90 days, which counts from the purchase date, is not replaceable.
Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been used.
Please include your name, address, order ID and original package when you're making a return.
Refund will only be made after we receive the return product and check the product is same as what we post.
