Returns and Refunds Policy

1.       Must be unopened and undamaged.

2.       Returns and Refunds honored for 30 days after the item is received.  After 30 days no Refunds or Returns.

3.       If product was delivered damaged or opened, the Wide Ass Store must be notified immediately.

4.       Refunds with be processed once the produce is received by the Wide Ass Store.  Please allow 2 -3 business days for refund process to be completed.

5.       All refunds will be processed via PayPal only, including shipping return cost.

6.       Most important rule of all.  Please contact us before you ship the product back.  We need to know that something is being shipped back to us.   Contact us through E-Bay and we will provide a shipping address.  This is for your protection as well as ours.
