Delivery
Free EMS (express) shipping for all orders! Tracking & insurance included. Faster, safer delivery!
Weather/traffic conditions, postal strikes, and other factors can contribute to delays in delivery.
Combined Shipping
All purchases to the same address are combined into one box upon payment.
We always combine shipping, both for your convenience and to maintain optimal work efficiency.
Weight and size limits vary by country, so some exceptions to this process may apply.
Late Shipments
Check the delivery status of your shipment regularly using the tracking number provided.
Your parcel may be being held in customs or at your local post office (if you were absent at the time of delivery).
Parcels are returned to us in Japan if the holding period elapses (for EMS, this can be as short as 5 days).
If this happens, we will contact you about reshipment and any required postage costs.
Payment Method
We accept PayPal payments only. Orders are processed as soon as they are paid.
Given the above, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill cancellation requests made after payment.
Deadline
Please make payment within 7 days of your purchase or auction win.
eBay automatically opens unpaid item cases after 16 days. These cannot be turned off.
Items will be cancelled and put back up for sale if the unpaid case closes without payment.
We reserve the right to manually open unpaid cases at any time after the 7-day period above.
Shipping Address
Items will be sent to the address you specify in PayPal at the time of payment.
If the address chosen is different from your usual one, please leave a memo in PayPal informing us of this fact.
You may be required to pay a customs duty and/or goods tax when receiving your parcel(s).Tax rates and duty thresholds vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We will not undervalue and/or split up shipments for customs purposes.Failure to pay customs duties will result in your item(s) being sent back to us in Japan.
ColorsPlease use the color stated in the description as a first point of reference.Photos are mainly for illustrative purposes, so colors may vary slightly from the actual item.

ConditionPlease refer to both the description and the photos in the listing to find out about condition.We take into account the age of each item when assigning a condition tag.

Track & TraceTracking numbers are provided in notification e-mails to your webmail address at the time of shipment.Please check that the webmail address registered in your eBay profile is valid and correct.
