I have prepared these notes based on the bar preparation material lectured by Kaplan. The notes cover the material which will be examined in the July 2016 New York UBE exam

The notes are in easily digestible format, summarizing the main points you need to know to pass the bar. Identification and memorization of these main points is key, given the areas of law are so vast and memorizing every single small detail is hard. The notes also contain worked examples, demonstrating how the theory works in practice.

The pictures show examples of how the notes are organized - the first picture shows an extract from the Federal Civil Procedure notes, and the second one from the Evidence notes. 

Each outline for each subject is approx. 70 pages long for the MBE/MEE subject and approx 30-40 pages long for the New York/NYLE subjects. Each outline also contains examples, applying the theory in practice, and also past questions from the NY bar, showing how these areas of law were examined. They also contain "Exam Tips" and tell you what things to look out for, areas where examiners try to "catch you out" on.
