Shipping Time

All orders will ship on a business day (Monday through Friday) excluding any holidays.  Please check your account to make sure all the information is up to date to reduce any delays from errors. 

Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates and International Orders

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates, but there may be additional surcharge for shipping.  Please contact us for more information. One week extra handling time may be needed for orders shipping  outside of the 48 contiguous states.

International Shipments

International Buyers – Please Note: All items ship from the United States. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Start a Return

1. To start a return, find the item in the Purchase history section of My eBay  and select Return this item. Select a
reason for returning the item.
Please do this before returning the item to us directly.

Return condition

2. Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice and reason
for return.  Refunds will be issued within 1-2
business days of receiving returned merchandise.

Shipping Charges

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns not related to mis-shipment or defective merchandise. 
For returns of free-shipping items, standard shipping rates will be deducted from the refund (restocking fee).

Exchanges

4. We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Our inventory turn over extremely quickly, so it is very difficult for us manage the exchange of product.

Returning a damaged or received the wrong item

6. We will provide return shipping label in the case where (a) item was damaged or (b) received the wrong product.
In these situations please do no ship the package back to us without consulting our support staff in advance.
We may not be able to reimburse the shipping cost.
