It won't make you stronger, but it will certainly keep you dry. Oh don't worry, this Summit Series® spectacular also has PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation packed inside, 133g at the body where you need it most, and a little less (100g) at the hood, sleeves and side panels to prevent overheating as you climb. The drop hood is removable for versatility and zippered hand pockets and a single zippered chest pocket secure smaller items as needed. Wrap the Velcro® cuffs close to your wrist and head out.
