Art Nouveau  Sterling Overlay w Orchids

 Green Glass  Claret Wine Decanter.

Beautiful art nouveau overlay with orchids .

Decanter is 14 " tall with stopper and 11-1/4" without.

Base is 3-3/4" across. Ewer is 11-1/4 inch circumference

or 3.58 inches across widest point.

There are unidentifiable  markings on base , from

years of dusting or polishing.  Its at least sterling 

and possibly .999 as was common for better overlay

items back then. There are no cracks or fractures in

the green glass or stopper . Both are etches 93.

There is a script monograming front panel.
