Please read this section before purchasing items from our shop

GENERAL INFORMATION

All plants are sent bare root unless otherwise stated on the listing or we think they may be damaged in transit without them. The plant you receive will be similar to the pictures supplied with each listing, please do not request the pictured plant to be dispatched it is doubtful we still have them.

Many of our larger plants are listed as collect only, some of these can be delivered via pallet delivery approx cost £60.00 depending on locations or APC may be able to deliver some of the none lethal larger plants, please contact us for options and costs.

POSTAGE DETAILS

We only post out to confirmed eBay address's within the UK and EUROPE, so please make sure your account details are up to date, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel going to the wrong or your old address. It will be your responsibility to retrieve your parcel and pay any cost incurred if this happens.

We only post to UK and EUROPE.

Our postage days are Monday and Tuesday only, all orders not confirmed and paid for by 1 pm on each Monday will be held and dispatched the following week, we do not dispatch on Bank holiday Mondays in this case all orders will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

Small lightweight boxes up to 2 kg will normally be dispatched via Royal mail first class for plants and second class for none perishable items, if you request plants sent second class it is at your risk. Heavy and over size boxes are now sent via APC overnight, APC will add a tracking number to your sales invoice upon collection from ourselves (normally 4 pm on Mondays), we can not specify timed delivery and they will require a signature so please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel.

Pallet delivery options (UK MAINLAND ONLY) are available on large plants and large orders, please request prices before you make a purchase.

We do combine postage, our postage calculator is set to apply postage rate as you buy, this is based on weight and size of plants, 'IMPORTANT BIT' this system only works if you use you Ebay shopping basket for multiple items, please do not buy and pay for items individually we are charged more by Ebay when you do, so please note any refunded overpaid postage will be processed minus Ebay charges.

Once you placed and paid for your order we cannot change it or add item's to the order.

We are happy for you to collect your order from us from either Maldon or our greenhouse in Colchester, both options are by appointment only please contact us before you purchase.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

Once you have received your items and are happy please leave feedback we will then know you have received your parcel. On occasion things do go wrong should this happen please before leaving negative feedback drop us a line with details of the problem and a photo if possible so we can sort the problem out for you.

If you don't receive you parcel within 5 working days for UK or 10 working days for EUROPE (from day of dispatch, not day of purchase), please contact us via the Ebay messaging system where we will endeavor to deal with the problem for you as quickly as possible.
