We aim to despatch all orders the same day, (if ordered before 12 noon), using Royal Mail or Hermes.

Orders received after 12 noon Friday may not be despatched before Monday morning.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
