Colonial Williamsburg Reproductions PAIR 18th c Hand Blown Goblets Cobalt Blue






Description

I just purchased this PAIR of Colonial inspired cobalt goblets from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The profile is very similar to the Williamsburg Reproductions teardrop line (CW-2G), sans air trap in the stem. The goblets are beautifully executed with graceful lines to the flaring bowls, domed base and rolled foot ring. The two are done in a lovely shade of cobalt blue which shows rich color and nice clarity. The glasses measure 6 ¾" high, 3 ½" across the top rim and 3 3/8" across the foot. The base has a recessed cut / unfinished pontil mark. Both goblets are in excellent condition with no damage or noted wear. This handsome pair would make a fine addition to any collection of Colonial Williamsburg inspired glassware / table setting or Cobalt Blue art glass.

Terms of Sale

Returns are accepted in the case the item is significantly Not As Described in the ad text and pictures.
