Customer satisfaction is or top concern. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that, but subject to a restocking changer of 20%. 1) Are in their original packaging 2) Have original manufacturer information 3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled 4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation 5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. Items are not returnable without its original package, manufacture labels are torn or unreadable, installed parts, or damage/ alter of the part. For items that are clothes are subject on restocking charge of 20%. Apparel items we will waive restocking charge if an exchange can be done. Buyer would be responsible for additional cost for shipping for any exchange. If an exchange cannot be done because we don’t carry the item to exchange it for will be subject to the restocking charge. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued for the item.
