This is a new CHANEL pink & beige whipstitched leather & tweed with raffia handbag in this classic soft structured flap bag style.  This is what Chanel calls a medium to large sized purse which has double braided/woven leather and chain handles. 

The bottom edge is whip stitched raffia.  Then the bottom is again whip stitched raffia with a rubber coating.  Chanel is raised on the rubber bottom.  This means is should stand up to a lot of wear on the bottom.

The leather and tweed are in strips which are whip stitched together.  The irregularities are expected.  That is NOT a fault.  It is the look which is unique and very attractive.

This is the most CLASSIC of the Chanel styles in the most popular size.

The sales tag has the color as pink and beige and as a classic bag with flap. 

This is a fold over twist lock style with the silver "CC".     

The drop on the handles when doubled is 9 inches which means it can be carried on the shoulder.  It you want to carry it as a cross body and a single strap the drop is 16

The authenticity number is 14417871 which matches the inside hologram number. 

This beauty was purchased at Saks in Beverly Hills and it still has the original sales tag.  This purse has never been carried and it is in perfect condition - no scratches or marks. This handbag was made in France.

It comes with its Chanel dust cover, cards and box. This gorgeous bag is 6.5" tall, the width is 10.5" and the depth is around 4.5". The drop of the double handles are 9 inches which makes it easy to carry close to your body.  Or it is 16 inches if it is a single strap.

 Inside it is lined in smooth pink leather & beige fabric and has a zipper pocket and an open slot pocket on one side. 

There is another used bag on Ebay that is not in mint condition going for $1980.  So this is a great deal on a NEW and never used Chanel classic bag.
