RETURNS / EXCHANGE: If you need to return then you have 14 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories and you must include your eBay order reference number otherwise there will be a delay in processing your refund. The buyer covers the cost of postage for returned goods.  We recommend customers to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive cannot be refunded. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 2 working days after items have delivered. Please report of any problems using the eBay messaging system. A return address will be provided as part of this process.
