This mirror was removed from a 2007 Lamborghini LP460.  This unit will also fit on other years base on my research.  Please check it yourself to make sure.  It is a windshield mount.  This unit is in perfect working condition but the power plug has been cut so you need to split the wires and connect the power.

The auto dimming will darken the mirror automatically when the cars behind you or on the side is too bright or with high bean as well as cars from opposite direction with to bright headlight or high bean.  It will then clears back to normal when the brightness reduce from cars  in front or behind automatically.
