Please note we are unable to send filled punchbags outside of the UK. Filled punchbags are heavy, fragile, prone to damage through the delivery system and very expensive to ship internationally. If you are outiside of the UK you are buying an empty punchbag. You will simply need to source some filling locally and fill the bag. - Payment: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. - Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on anitem if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent by recorder first class post, andcan be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
- Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
- Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost theitem. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
- Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
