Vintage Habitat Alice in Wonderland 100% cotton fabric measuring 27"/69cm wide x 28"/71cm long. Designed by Charles Voysey in the 1930s for the Habitat collection at the Victoria & Albert (V&A) museum. This fabric is dated 1988.

One of the most well known characters from Lewis Carroll's story 'Alice in Wonderland', is the white rabbit. In the story Alice is bored of real life and has a dream. She follows the white rabbit into the nonsensical world of Wonderland. The white rabbit wears a waistcoat and pocket watch and is a rather timid and nervous character. The fabric depicts trees, stylized flowers, playing cards, lions, cats, rabbits, griffins, queens & walrus' etc

Excellent  clean condition, with all the original strong colours. No marks or holes etc,

If you purchase more than one piece, I will assume that you would like it continuous (where possible)

Great for making curtains, blinds, other soft furnishings, cushions, bedding, toys etc
