Cooperativa de Servicios Multiples Sol y Café Ltda (Coop Sol y Café) was established in March of 2008 to unite over 1,000 farmers. The co-op was originally formed to collectively make agronomic and economic decisions. One of their objectives was to protect the environment, and to help communities and their families to develop and progress. They continue to work towards the sustainability of their crops and development for the future by maintaining the Organic and Fair Trade certifications.

We are a family owned and operated business; we take pride in our coffees. Darling was born & raised in Leon, Nicaragua, It was there that she meet her husband an American coffee Roast master that learned the art of roasting coffee while he lived in Costa Rica for six years. Darling travels to a few countries each year to inspect the coffee before we buy them. Since we have a personal relationship with the farmers we always get their best coffee beans.
