  Why are the prices higher on eBay than on your website?

Some (not all) of our items listed on eBay are subject to a small increase in price compared to prices on our website (apart from auctions) this is due to the extra fees incurred. However some buyers may prefer to pay the premium for the extra features that eBay provides. Please note that eBay policy does not allow us to link to our website.

  Condition

Almost all our items are individually photographed - however any commonplace or inexpensive items will be listed in multiples and may be stock photos which we have previously made. Items purchased will match their descriptions in terms of condition and functionality, and be as similar as possible to the images shown but may have nominal differences. Naturally, you are welcome to return any items which you may be unhappy with.

Every single piece of used equipment we sell is comprehensively inspected and tested by us. If an item has faults, they will be fully and accurately described - but all our items will be usable for their intended purpose - we do not sell items for spares or in need of repair unless otherwise stated.

We describe each item individually in detail on the product page to ensure that everything that you need to know about the item is clear and simple. The description is usually just a short sentence about each aspect of the item - the cosmetic, optical, electronic and mechanical condition is noted - but any faults or oddities will be included here too, so remember to read them carefully!

  Delivery:

Due to the way we list our items and synchronise eBay with our website, we can't automatically quote international delivery prices at this time. Please contact us for prices on international delivery.

We endeavor to dispatch stock within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (not including weekends or bank holidays) although this is not guaranteed, and you will be notified if there is any delay. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays from the courier that is used. We always post items with delivery confirmation and full insurance up the order value. Requests for shipping methods without tracking or insurance will not be accepted!
