Payment

We only accept Paypal through our eBay listings.  Payment is due no later than 4 days after auction closes.  Payment for Buy It Now items is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We strive to ship items from our main storage facility in Houston, TX the same day that payment is received.  We guarantee that your item will ship within 1-2 business days.  We are out of town several times a year and will notify you if a shipment might take longer.

We offer a variety of shipping options on every item with the most economical option first.

We offer international shipping.

International buyers are responsible for paying import and export taxes and duty.  In some cases international buyers will have to pay taxes/duty and pick up items from their local post office.

Returns

If your item is eligible for returns, please return it in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Shipping must be paid by the buyer for returns.  Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.
