Description: Almost very good condition. Old Tales From The North. Black cloth, turquoise blue title to spine and large pictorial onlay to front cover. Green and white pictorial endpapers. 204 pages. 8 colour plates plus b/w illustrations by Nielsen, endpaper design and pictorial onlay by Candell. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Marks to covers, scuffing and edge wear to onlay. Name in ink in belongs to box on front pastedown. A few hinges cracked but binding still tight. All plates present, frontis is detached, a couple have grubby fingermarks to margins/verso. Some browning. Contents are generally clean, just an odd margin mark. [R]
