CONDITION:

All of our items are used or vintage, unless noted otherwise. Before bidding, please verify item as shown in the pictures.  As with all vintage pieces, there will be some wear as expected and we will describe any significant chips, cracks, stains, or other obvious defects that we can identify.  However, there may be minor defects that we do not notice, so please be certain that everything we offer for sale comes as is.

SHIPPING:

Our listed shipping charge is for the USA. We always ship USPS.  The flat rate fees include the cost of shipping material, handling and shipping. If you receive a damaged item from us, contact us within three days, save all the packing and contact us for refund instructions. 

PACKAGING:

We take packaging very seriously. The time and expense to double-wrap each piece utilizing, bubble wrap, foam and peanuts to insure that you receive your item just as we shipped it.

RETURNS:

If the item received from us is substantially different from our description in the auction listing we will honor a return as well as a refund of your payment.  It is important that you e-mail us with the issue of the incorrect item.  You must get authorization from us before you return the item.  When you get authorization to return the item, then it must be sent back in the same condition that we shipped it to you, in the original packaging.  Once we receive the item back, we will open up a case with Ebay to receive a sales credit. Each item is sold as-is. So, be certain that what we offer is what you want.  Of course, we want you to have a great experience purchasing from us and hope that the communication, excellent customer service and the item as described will earn positive feedback from you.  We will leave positive feedback for you and hope and expect that you will reciprocate.
