Payment:

• We accept only payment via PayPal.
• Payment is due within three (3) days of the auction's end. Please submit payment within this timeframe.

Shipping:

• We can only ship to U.S. locations at this time.
  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, personal mailboxes, U.S. Territories or APO addresses.
• Signatures required on all deliveries.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns for product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.
• All returns must be approved and All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
• We put a holographic warranty sticker on all of our items. If it is damaged or removed , the 14 day return becomes void.
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
• All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
• All exchanges & returns & claims must be in original box cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty sticker.
