Shipping and Handling
• We Ship all orders using either USPS, FEDEX or UPS services. We will Post Tracking number directly on the Order Detail Page as well as via eBay e-mail address. Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If returned due to no one home for delivery Shipping will have to be Paid again prior to Reshipping the Item.  Please be aware as we USE NEW SHIPPING MATERIALS for every Package you may notice a small Handling Fee added into each listing to cover costs of New Boxes as well as any antistatic bags, Bubble Wrap or Foam Packaging.
• We only ship to 48 contiguous states.

• PayPal Payments Must be from a verified PayPal account.  
• If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we Reserve the right to void and cancel your order
• In the case of an Incorrect Address or Address change Please Contact us Prior to Purchase.

• Address Changes after checkout ( Please Contact us Immediately with correct address) Shipments may have been already processed. If so additional Shipping Costs may be incurred.
• We do not accept any other form of payment (No exceptions).
• For "Buy It Now Listings" Payments are due immediately. Item must be Paid within 3 business Days or Item will be Relisted For Sale.
• Ebay will be notified of any Non-Paying Bidders.
• CA residents will have 7.5% sales tax added to their order.

Returns Policy
• 14-days from date of purchase for refunds or exchanges.
• Missing items to be claimed within 3 days of delivery.
• If we originally provided free shipping, then $20 shipping fee will be assessed on all refunds.
• Buyer pays return shipping in most cases.
• All returns must be "pre-approved" by our Service Department.
• A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number is required for any item (contact us within 14 days of purchase).
• All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our Service Department
• Original shipping is not refundable.
We offer refunds or exchanges only within the first 14 days of purchase. Any missing parts or accessories must be claimed within 3 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return within 14 days for refund or replacement. Buyer pays return shipping. If your problem cannot be resolved by our Service Department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for replacement. Buyer must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement (please have user ID, or Order number available). Product cannot be returned without a RMA number. Original shipping fee is non- refundable. If you cancel order after item has already shipped, your refund will reflect $20 shipping if we provided free shipping. We understand that the item may not be exactly what you need, so we offer returns, but you must pay our original shipment fee. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our customer service department.
