eBay Delivery Estimates - The Delivery estimates provided at the top of the listing are provided by eBay (not Car & Bike Touch Up Paints) to provide customers with an idea of when to expect their order. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates and whilst most orders should arrive on or around the date eBay provide, peak periods and unforeseen delays may affect delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt of payment. For UK customers, orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery 2nd Class as standard (Arrival times are typically 3-5 working days after dispatch), unless postage has been upgraded at checkout. Orders posted 1^st Class (Arrival times are typically 1-2 working days after dispatch). We would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery (Typically this is 7-14 working days). However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK.

We accept payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer. We also accept payment by most major credit or debit cards by telephone on 07854 313 053 (Monday to Saturday from 9.30am - 7.30pm but not including UK bank holidays).

          Returns

We are more than happy to accept returns on unwanted items within 30 days. Please ensure that items are returned unused with all parts and packaging included. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under current consumer regulations. Please note customers will be responsible for return postage costs. If an item is received faulty, damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact us immediately through eBay messaging and we will advise further.
