Payments

We accept payment by Paypal. PayPal payments are immediate as soon as you have confirmed payment on your Paypal account so we are able to dispatch your order within 1 working day of payment.

Dispatch & Postage

Our products for sale are dispatched from the UK. All orders received and paid for by 7pm are dispatched and posted the following posting day. We dispatch and post using Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind prior to dispatch, please let me know immediately. I am confident in the quality of my beauty products but for any reason you wish to return for replacement or refund, please contact me as soon as possible or within 14 days of dispatch, and we will be happy to remedy the problem. We expect all orders, including those abroad to have received their order within 14 days.  So please contact us immediately if you have not received your order after 7 days (for UK address) or 12 days (Europe) following dispatch.  We offer full refund to unopened, unused products.
