I am happy to combine the postage where I can, please ask for total before paying, as after the payment I cannot amend the price of postage or refund you any part of it.

Parcels sent by Royal Mail or CollectPlus couriers for large items. Posting charges include packaging and 10% charge that Ebay charges sellers on postage payments. 

I am a keen recycler so please excuse me if the outer box you have received is not new and a bit odd - I use everything I can get my hands on. 

Can be collected in person from HA4 0LP, South Ruislip, London. 

Items must be collected within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. 

I would only post abroad with few conditions: 1. No returns, 2. I don't accept responsibility in case of a loss or damage as some postal services are not reliable. Please also have in mind that postage may be very expensive.

I appreciate the feedback which also means that the item arrived safely and in one piece.

I post a lot of china and glass, and even after careful packing, breakages may still happen due to some irresponsible couriers.  Courier companies don't insure china so I cannot claim anything back for damages. Please be understanding. 

If any items in your set arrived damaged, I can partially refund you. The amount for each broken item will be calculated by dividing the price of whole set by the amount of items in the set.

Returns: 

If you find that your item has arrived damaged or doesn't seem to fit the description - please contact me within 5 days after receiving your item. Please take photos of damaged packaging/box and the item.

If you take longer than 5 days I may refuse to accept your complaints, sorry. 

Payment is expected within 3 days.
